All games have race viewers, in both 2D and 3D. The quality is good; in fact the quality of the Digiturf 3D racing game viewer is exceptional. I don't normally bother with the 3D viewers though as they take too long to load. The 2D race viewers do an adequate job, with Horseracingpark having the best of these.
